Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Policy

Subscription-based access to our business intelligence engine.

Effective Date: 07/25/2026

This Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for the Delivery Intelligence Suite (“DIS”) purchased through DISworkbook.com.

By purchasing a DIS subscription, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

DIS currently offers the following recurring subscription options:

Monthly Plan

  • Price: $12.99 per month

  • Automatically renews each month until canceled

Annual Plan

  • Price: $129.99 per year

  • Automatically renews each year until canceled

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The price, renewal frequency, and other material subscription terms will be displayed before purchase.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your selected subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal charge is processed.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Wix and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until the subscription is canceled.

Canceling prevents future renewal charges. It does not reverse a payment that has already been processed.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription through your DISworkbook.com account:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Open your member profile.

  3. Select My Subscriptions.

  4. Locate your DIS plan.

  5. Select More Actions and then Cancel Subscription.

  6. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that a charge already in processing can be stopped.

    4. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless otherwise stated, voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

    After cancellation:
    Your subscription will not renew.
No additional recurring charges will be made.
You may continue using your licensed DIS workbook through the applicable paid-through date.
Calculation services, workbook access, updates, and support will end after that date.

    For example:
A canceled monthly plan remains accessible through the end of the paid monthly period.
A canceled annual plan remains accessible through the end of the paid annual period.
DIS may terminate access immediately when required because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, security risk, or material violation of the DIS Plan Policy or License Agreement.

    5. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins.
    DIS does not ordinarily provide:
Prorated refunds for unused days or months
Credits for failure to use the service
Refunds because a customer forgot to cancel before renewal
Partial refunds for annual plans canceled before the end of the annual term
A cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Canceling a Wix pricing plan does not automatically issue a refund.
DIS may issue a full or partial refund when:
    A verified duplicate charge occurred
    An incorrect amount was charged
DIS cannot provision or provide the purchased service because of a problem within our control
A refund is required by applicable law
DIS approves a refund at its sole discretion
Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in other situations.
When a refund is issued, DIS may end workbook access and calculation services immediately.

    6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a renewal payment is declined or cannot be processed, DIS may provide a grace period of up to seven days to allow the subscriber to update the payment method.
During the grace period, access may temporarily remain available. If payment is not successfully recovered, DIS may:
    Cancel the subscription
    Stop calculation and refresh services
Remove access to the hosted workbook
Archive the workbook according to the DIS data-retention policy
DIS may shorten or omit the grace period in cases involving repeated payment failures, fraud, misuse, chargebacks, or security concerns.

    7. Workbook Access After Cancellation

DIS workbooks are hosted and owned by the DIS service provider. A subscription provides licensed access to the workbook; it does not transfer workbook ownership.
Before access ends, subscribers should review their records and request an export of their original shift-entry data.
    After the paid-through date:
    Workbook access may be removed.
Automated calculations and refreshes will stop.
The workbook may be moved to a private archive.
Archived workbooks may be retained for up to 60 days before deletion review.
Temporary export files may expire after seven days.
Exports contain eligible subscriber-entered data and do not include DIS formulas, private code, calculation methods, protected reports, administrative records, or proprietary materials.

    8. Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

A canceled subscription does not automatically restart.
To resume service after access expires, the customer may need to purchase a new subscription. DIS may restore an archived workbook when practical and when it remains within the applicable retention period, but restoration is not guaranteed.

    9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can investigate the charge.
A chargeback, reversed payment, or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of DIS access while the matter is reviewed
This section does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

    10. Changes to This Policy

DIS may update this policy to reflect changes in pricing, billing practices, Wix functionality, service operations, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be posted on DISworkbook.com or communicated through another reasonable method. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
