• Request an export, correction, cancellation, or deletion
By accessing disworkbook.com or purchasing or using a DIS subscription, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account and contact information: Your name, email address, Google access email, Wix member information, order identifiers, account preferences, and communications with us.
Subscription information: Your selected plan, price, billing interval, subscription status, purchase date, paid-through date, cancellation status, and related transaction references.
Payment-card information is generally processed by Wix and its payment providers. DIS does not store complete payment-card details inside customer workbooks.
Subscriber data: Information you enter into your DIS workbook, including delivery dates, platforms, vehicles, shift categories, total working hours, Active Time, completed orders, gross revenue, mileage, and any notes you choose to enter.
Service-generated information: Calculated metrics, earnings summaries, performance reports, goal progress, data-quality warnings, workbook identifiers, license identifiers, access records, refresh records, export records, error logs, and product-version information.
Website and device information: Wix and connected services may collect information through cookies, analytics, browser settings, device information, security logs, and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
• Create, provision, and maintain your DIS workbook
• Share the correct workbook with your approved Google account
• Process subscriptions, renewals, payment issues, cancellations, and refunds
• Calculate and display earnings, costs, performance metrics, summaries, and warnings
• Provide customer support and respond to questions or requests
• Create authorized exports of original Shift Log information
• Protect customer workbooks, accounts, and the DIS calculation system
• Detect errors, unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, security threats, or service failures
• Maintain business, accounting, tax, audit, transaction, and legal records
• Improve DIS features, documentation, onboarding, reliability, and performance
• Send service-related messages and, where permitted, optional marketing communications
Where practical, we may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how DIS is used and improve the service.
3. How Information Is Shared
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, or legally protect DIS.
Information may be shared with:
Wix and payment providers: For website accounts, checkout, recurring subscriptions, billing, cancellations, refunds, analytics, and related services.
Google: For Google Drive, Google Sheets, Apps Script, workbook hosting, account access, calculations, file sharing, security, and service logging.
Service providers and professional advisers: Such as contractors, accountants, legal advisers, technical providers, or other parties assisting with legitimate business operations.
Government authorities or other parties: When required by law, court order, legal process, fraud prevention, safety concerns, or the protection of legal rights.
Business successors: In connection with a financing, merger, reorganization, asset sale, or transfer of the DIS business, subject to appropriate privacy protections.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. Workbook Hosting and Provider Access
Live DIS workbooks are hosted in a Google account controlled by DIS.
Each subscriber receives access only to the customer-specific workbook associated with their subscription and approved Google account. The workbook remains owned and administered by DIS.
Authorized DIS personnel may technically access a subscriber workbook when reasonably necessary to:
• Provision or share the workbook
• Operate and refresh calculations
• Provide customer support
• Correct service or access problems
• Investigate errors or security incidents
• Generate an authorized raw-data export
• Archive or delete a workbook
• Enforce subscription, licensing, and security requirements
Access will be limited to legitimate business and service purposes.
Subscribers should not enter sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for delivery-business tracking.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide DIS, administer subscriptions, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain legitimate business records.
Active subscriptions: Subscriber and workbook information may be retained while the subscription and hosted service remain active.
After access ends: A hosted workbook may be archived for up to 60 days before deletion review, unless a different period is disclosed or longer retention is reasonably required for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Temporary exports: Authorized raw-data export files may be available for a limited time and are generally scheduled for removal after seven days.
Administrative records: Transaction, consent, accounting, tax, security, access, cancellation, and legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or removed through normal backup processes.
6. Security
DIS uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect subscriber information and customer workbooks.
These measures may include:
• Restricted Google Drive access
• Separate customer-specific workbooks
• Company ownership of hosted workbooks
• Protected spreadsheet ranges
• A private calculation engine
• Customer-specific license information
• Access and refresh logs
• Subscription-status controls
• Access revocation after expiration or cancellation
• Security and data-quality monitoring
No internet, cloud-storage, payment, or account system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. DIS cannot promise absolute protection against every unauthorized action, technical failure, or security incident.
Subscribers are responsible for protecting their Google and Wix account credentials and notifying DIS of suspected unauthorized access.
7. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the nature of your request and applicable law, you may:
• Update inaccurate Shift Log information while workbook access remains active
• Request an export of your original Shift Log input data
• Cancel your subscription through Wix’s available subscription controls
• Request correction of inaccurate account or contact information
• Request access to information associated with your account
• Request deletion of eligible personal information
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications
Authorized raw-data exports may include original Shift Log entries such as dates, platforms, vehicles, shifts, hours, Active Time, orders, gross revenue, and mileage.
Exports do not include DIS formulas, private code, protected reports, proprietary calculations, administrative records, or internal service information.
We may need to verify your identity and authority over the subscription before completing a privacy, export, correction, or deletion request. Certain information may be retained when permitted or required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Children
DIS is intended for adults who perform, manage, or evaluate delivery work. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Do not knowingly submit personal information belonging to a child.
9. International Processing
Information may be processed or stored in locations where DIS, Wix, Google, payment providers, or other service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where legally required, appropriate disclosures or safeguards may be used for international processing or transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
DIS may update this Privacy Policy when the service, website, business practices, technology, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on disworkbook.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or DIS service after an update means the revised policy will apply from its stated effective date.
